Before joining the Dilbeck team in Glendale, Ida honed her leadership skills at Walt Disney Co. and DreamWorks SKG Animation, where she managed a team of twelve in the production of eight feature films. This corporate experience enriches her real estate practice, offering clients a unique perspective and strategic approach.

Growing up with an architect father and a brother in commercial real estate, Ida developed an early passion for the industry. Over the past decade, she has invested in both residential and commercial properties and has been involved in a multi-unit condominium conversion project.

Ida holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design from California State University, Northridge. She resides in the Verdugo Woodlands area of Glendale with her two sons and enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.
