Ilya's journey began in the former USSR, where he was raised in a family deeply rooted in real estate development. At the age of twelve, he embarked on a transformative educational experience in England, returning for three consecutive summers. His path took a significant turn at fourteen when he was accepted into the Army and Navy Academy in Carlsbad, California. This pivotal moment marked his relocation to the United States, fulfilling a lifelong aspiration to live in America.

Graduating with distinction as one of the top officers in his class, Ilya chose to transition from military life to the business world. He moved to San Francisco to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management at the University of San Francisco. While still a sophomore, he launched a vehicle exporting business that proved to be successful for five years, all while balancing a regular sales position.

During his summer breaks, Ilya returned home to gain hands-on experience in his father's real estate firm, focusing on leasing and sales. By his senior year, he had obtained a Real Estate Salesperson License and began his professional career at Marcus & Millichap.

Ilya furthered his education by earning a degree in Interior Design and Architecture from UC Berkeley Extension, followed by an MBA in Business Administration and Management. His diverse background includes involvement in private family investments and various roles in the financial sector. Currently, Ilya is a dedicated real estate professional at Vanguard Properties, where he applies his extensive knowledge and experience to serve his clients effectively.
