A native of Odesa, Ukraine, Ilya has called Los Angeles home since 1992. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics and management from the University of California, Irvine. During his academic tenure, he began his career at IndyMac Bank and later at Qualify America, where he gained a deep understanding of the lending process and client relations. His subsequent role as a financial analyst at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs subsidiary, allowed him to collaborate with some of the industry's leading economic minds, further honing his skills for the benefit of his real estate clients.

Ilya obtained his real estate salesperson’s license in 2009 while working at a private property and financial management firm. This experience, combined with his interactions with top-tier real estate professionals, fueled his passion for the industry.

In 2017, Ilya earned his broker's license and took the helm at Fair Realty. Since then, he has expanded his expertise and knowledge while assisting clients—both English- and Russian-speaking—in achieving their real estate objectives. Under his guidance, Fair Realty's sales volume has surged by over 550%, and the team has successfully assisted more than 120 satisfied homeowners.

Outside of his professional commitments, Ilya prioritizes family life, striving to balance his busy schedule with quality time spent with his wife, Kseniya, and their two young children. The family enjoys traveling and exploring local parks, beaches, and hiking trails. A passionate sports enthusiast, Ilya is an avid supporter of the Clippers and has achieved recognition as a three-time fantasy football champion. He is also dedicated to philanthropy, actively contributing to various causes, with a particular focus on supporting Ukraine and its refugees.
