Ivan Estrada, a native of Los Angeles, California, has cultivated a successful career in real estate following his graduation from the University of Southern California, where he specialized in Finance and Accounting. He began his professional journey as a Certified Public Accountant at one of the nation’s leading firms before transitioning into real estate in 2007. Currently, Ivan is a prominent real estate agent at Keller Williams Hollywood Hills and leads his own team, Ivan Estrada Properties.

Deeply committed to the LGBT community, Ivan founded PREPA, the first national association for LGBT realtors. He has served as President of the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles. Additionally, he supports the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center as a sustaining donor.

Ivan's achievements in real estate are noteworthy; he received the Top Producer Award from Keller Williams for both 2012 and 2013, and he was recognized as one of the nation’s 30 Under 30 in 2023. Recently, he was honored with the Media Out Loud Award for Business of the Year.
