Jad was born in Oklahoma and raised in the Fort Smith/Van Buren Arkansas area He moved to Conway Arkansas in 2007 and began a career in the oil and gas business His career as a "Landman" and Right-of-Way Agent took him through many states where he worked in this profession Jad and wife Kelly fell in love with Greers Ferry Lake early in their relationship and when they decided to marry they wanted their forever home to be on the lake In 2013 they chose to move to the lakeside town of Fairfield Bay on the north shore where they purchased a home with a breathtaking view of the lake They knew they would someday retire to this quaint town but in 2016 they chose to escape the hustle and bustle of the larger cities and move full time to Fairfield Bay Jad decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and in 2017 got his real estate license and began a career in Real Estate with Tice Realty Jad enjoys hunting fishing lounging in the lake and spending time with family and friends
