She graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine, earning a double major in law and psychology. Jada furthered her education at UC Irvine, obtaining a master’s degree in criminology. In 2014, she relocated to Iowa for graduate studies, where she completed her PhD in neuroscience at the University of Iowa. During her time there, she met her husband, Ryan. The couple returned to Lompoc in January 2019, and in May 2020, they welcomed their daughter, Lavender. Jada and Ryan are excited to raise their family in her hometown of Lompoc.
