About Jaime Garces

In 2003, he made the decision to move to South Florida to join family members who had settled in the region since the early 1980s. After spending over 30 years in New York City, he embraced the opportunity to experience life in "The Sunshine State." The family sold their deli business, which they had operated for seven years, along with their home in Westbury, Long Island, embarking on a two-day journey to West Palm Beach. Since that transition, he has found great joy in his new surroundings.

Initially pursuing a career as an appraiser, he quickly realized that this path was not aligned with his interests. He then shifted gears and became a Licensed Loan Officer. Two years later, he furthered his education and obtained his real estate license. With over a decade of experience selling medical equipment to hospitals in New York City, as well as owning a restaurant and deli, he has found that his role as a real estate agent offers the most fulfilling career yet.
