Jim Ball, a second-generation resident of Sun City, brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to his real estate practice. Growing up in Iowa, he witnessed his parents construct their home in 1975, during a time when Sun City was a burgeoning Del Webb community nestled in the Phoenix West Valley desert. Today, Jim is excited to see the remarkable growth and opportunities that the West Valley offers.

Having lived in Sun City for 15 years, Jim is deeply engaged in the community, contributing to various organizations such as the Recreation Center of Sun City Legislative Committee, the Sun City Homeowners Association, and the West Valley Community Transportation Stakeholders Committee. His commitment to service is further underscored by his status as a Vietnam Era veteran of the Air Force.

Jim holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from UC Berkeley, specializing in home remodeling design and solar energy solutions.
