A lifelong resident of North Orange County, James began his career as a full-time property manager for his family’s business immediately after high school. He also dedicated 12 years to serving on his neighborhood HOA board, including four years as president. In his leisure time, James enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and spending quality moments with friends and family. He remains actively involved in his local church, contributing through various volunteer roles. James and his wife have been married for over 25 years and are proud parents to three daughters.
