About James Franks

I grew up on a 200 acre dairy farm near Black River Falls WI and graduated from Black River Falls High School in 1982

After high school I attended UW-Stout in Menomonie WI majoring in Industrial Technology/Manufacturing Engineering During my college years I worked summers for Lunda Construction bridge builders as well as on the family dairy farm I graduated from UW-Stout in May of 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree

After college I went to work for Food Engineering Service a manufacturer of stainless steel food processing equipment in Los Angles CA

A few years later we moved back to Wisconsin and I accepted a position with Badger Mining Corporation a Silica sand mining company for a period of 26 years while taking up a Real Estate career in 2013

In 2017 I became a Real Estate Broker and started my own real estate firm "Badger State Realty"

I specialize in Homes Farms Commercial Properties and Vacant land

We currently live near Osseo WI on a 160 acre hobby farm
