About James Trzyna

Jim is a seasoned Luxury Real Estate Expert and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) dedicated to serving the Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero regions. With over three decades of experience in both luxury residential and commercial real estate, he has played a pivotal role in facilitating transactions exceeding $1 billion across these sectors.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Lynchburg College in 1983, Jim began his career with a prominent commercial real estate developer in New Jersey. There, he quickly gained recognition as a successful executive, mastering various facets of the industry.

In the mid-1990s, Jim established an investment group focused on acquiring underperforming office buildings in Northern New Jersey. He led efforts to renovate these properties and secure long-term leases with Fortune 500 companies. Following the successful stabilization of these assets, he divested his interests in 1997, allowing him and his wife, Jackie, to relocate to Naples, Florida, where they could raise their two children and enjoy the region's outdoor lifestyle.

Jim and Jackie are passionate about exploring the local beaches and nature sanctuaries. They also enjoy traveling, attending sporting events and theatrical performances, visiting museums and art galleries, trying new dining experiences, playing golf, and practicing yoga. Jim has previously served on the board of Candlelighters of Southwest Florida, where he contributed to fundraising initiatives for children facing cancer and blood disorders.

Jackie, a licensed real estate salesperson, supports Jim in managing the TRZYNA Group at MVP Realty. Their daughter, Heather, earned her real estate license in 2015 and graduated with honors from Wake Forest University in 2016. She currently works as a Government Consultant with Deloitte Consulting in Washington, D.C., and plans to pursue an MBA. Their son, Erik, graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2018 and is an enthusiastic Gator fan. He obtained his Real Estate Sales Associate license in 2015 and was part of the TRZYNA Group before returning to Gainesville to attend law school at the Levin College of Law on a merit-based scholarship.

As a Broker Associate and founder of The Trzyna Team, Jim continues to leverage his marketing expertise and deep understanding of the Southwest Florida luxury and senior housing markets. His keen insight into real estate trends, negotiation skills, and commitment to exceptional client service set him apart. He specializes in listing and selling luxury homes and condominiums throughout Naples and Bonita Springs, with a focus on prestigious communities such as Park Shore, Moorings, Pelican Bay, Mediterra, Quail West, Quail Creek Estates, Talis Park, Bonita Bay, VillageWalk of Bonita, and various new developments.

Understanding the unique needs of buyers and sellers aged 55 and older in Southwest Florida, Jim has earned the SRES® designation, held by only 15,000 Realtors® nationwide. This credential equips him with a comprehensive understanding of his senior clients' lifestyle and financial requirements, ensuring their objectives are met with confidence.

Jim employs a proactive and assertive strategy that combines traditional marketing techniques with modern internet and social media outreach, maximizing exposure for each property he represents. Whether clients are seeking a beachfront condo with breathtaking sunset views or a stunning home overlooking a scenic golf course, they can trust Jim and his team to manage every detail, advocate for their best interests, and facilitate a seamless transaction.

Major Collier County, Florida Real Estate Markets

Naples dominates as the county's primary real estate hub, with its downtown core, beach communities, and exclusive golf course developments like Pelican Bay and Port Royal commanding some of Florida's highest property values. The city's luxury market extends into surrounding areas including Bonita Springs, which straddles the Lee-Collier county line, and eastward communities like Golden Gate and Lely Resort, offering more accessible price points while maintaining the Naples lifestyle appeal.

Beyond Naples, Collier County encompasses diverse markets including Marco Island's high-rise condominiums and waterfront estates, Immokalee's agricultural and working-class communities, and the emerging Ave Maria planned community. The Eastern Collier region, including areas near Everglades City, presents unique opportunities in eco-tourism and rural properties, while the Estates area offers large-lot homes popular with buyers seeking privacy and space.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Collier County's real estate market operates on distinct seasonal rhythms, with peak activity during winter months when seasonal residents and tourists drive demand, followed by slower summers that often present opportunities for locals and investors. The market's geographic diversity creates multiple micro-markets, from beachfront condos starting at seven figures to inland single-family homes, rural acreage, and commercial properties serving the county's tourism and agricultural industries.

Environmental factors significantly influence development patterns, with wetlands preservation, hurricane considerations, and flood zones creating complex regulatory environments that require specialized local knowledge. This complexity, combined with the area's appeal to international buyers and investors, has created a sophisticated market where agents must understand luxury sales protocols, resort property management, and agricultural land transactions.

Why Businesses Need Collier County, Florida Agent Contact Data

The concentration of affluent real estate professionals in Collier County creates exceptional opportunities for B2B service providers, from mortgage companies and title services to luxury home contractors, technology platforms, and marketing agencies. These agents collectively handle billions in annual transactions and require specialized services including staging companies, photography services, legal support, and continuing education providers.

Financial services companies, insurance providers, and wealth management firms find particular value in connecting with Collier County agents who work with high-net-worth clients requiring sophisticated financial products. Additionally, technology companies, CRM providers, and digital marketing platforms can leverage these agent contacts to penetrate Florida's competitive real estate technology market, while home service businesses can build referral networks essential for success in this relationship-driven market.
