Jim has more than twenty-five years of real estate experience including over 500 successfully closed high-end real estate transactions and he has personally sold and closed OVER 8 MILES OF WATERFRONT PROPERTY!

The founder and sole owner of Fidelity Real Estate LLC Jim has assembled a team of associates as well as experts in financing real estate law insurance property inspection and interior design to help make their clients' transactions smooth enjoyable and problem free \\u2028
Jim earned degrees at the Michigan State University School of Business in Marketing and Finance and a Masters in Economics from the University of Wisconsin   He obtained his law degree at the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore with concentrations in Real Estate Law and Urban Planning and Development Law and Labor Law  while teaching high school math at Frederick Douglas High School in Baltimore  

During that time Jim also earned a PhD in street-wisdom!   After three years Jim traded teaching in order to work for two Baltimore City Mayors from 1970 to 1980 where he was centrally involved in Baltimore's urban renaissance including Baltimore's Inner Harbor Developent and many job- related education and training programs for unemployed youth and adults  

He is credited with designing and managing many innovative job and alternative education programs which became national model programs such as:   Harbor City Learning and the Port of Baltimore Sea School for high school drop-outs  the Baltimore Culinary Institute for returning Viet Nam Veterans  and the private-sector supported  Institutional Job Training Program for Inmates transitioning to Parole and Probation from the Maryland Correctional System   He also helped pioneer Baltimore’s Street Worker Program and designed the first NCAA sponsored College-Based Summer Sports Camp for Baltimore’s Inner-City kids at Johns Hopkins and other local colleges which became the model for a national program  

He then joined the private sector in an executive position with the Chessie System Railroad  providing organizational planning support to Senior Management and the Board of Directors in order to implement the merger of the Chessie System and the Seaboard Coast/Family Lines that formed the CSX Railroad  

Following the end of that project Jim was brought on to head recruitment and organizational planning for the international telecommunications satellite organization known as INTELSAT in Washington D C \\u2028\\u2028
Completing that assignment Jim then choose to embark on a totally new career

Moving to Annapolis Maryland Jim launched his sales business in the luxury waterfront real estate market   He set sales records for over 10 years in Maryland before moving to Florida in 1998 where he established his waterfront business on Las Olas Boulevard He is the Founder and Owner of Fidelity Real Estate LLC and Fidelity Realty Advisors
