In addition to his real estate expertise, James brings extensive knowledge from the jewelry industry, holding certifications in Diamonds, Pearls, and Gemstones from The Gemological Institute of America. His professional journey also includes a technological component, having developed both technical and customer service skills during his tenure at Microsoft.

A graduate of Palm Springs High School (2004) and California State University San Marcos (B.A. in Business Management, 2010), James remains actively engaged in his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for "Boo 2 Bullying," a non-profit organization dedicated to combating bullying and promoting tolerance and education among students and parents. Additionally, he is involved with various educational boards in the Palm Springs area, including the Friends of the Art Institute.

Outside of his professional pursuits, James enjoys quality time with his family and his beloved French bulldog, Ari. He is always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need, including his clients, reinforcing his commitment to service and community.
