James embarked on his real estate career in the summer of 2018, driven by a passion for helping individuals achieve their homeownership dreams. After dedicating six months to rigorous study, he earned his Real Estate Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate in January 2019 (License Number: 02079105).

Outside of his professional commitments, James enjoys beach outings, visits to Disneyland, and exploring the nightlife at venues such as Universal CityWalk. He is also a dedicated triathlete, having participated in events like the Pasadena and Ventura Triathlons, as well as various 5K races supporting local charities. Currently, he is training for the Malibu Triathlon and has aspirations to compete in IronMan Arizona within the next five years.
