Jim Sheehan, originally from a small rural town in Michigan, embodies a strong sense of integrity and a commitment to client satisfaction. He earned dual bachelor's degrees in Marketing Management and Business Administration from Northwood University.

Jim began his professional journey with the world's largest corporation, Walmart, where he quickly ascended the corporate ladder. This experience allowed him to blend the values instilled in him by his upbringing with the leadership principles he acquired in a corporate environment.

Central to Jim's management philosophy are two guiding principles: a dedication to customer service and an unwavering pursuit of excellence. These beliefs are evident in his engaging approach and management style.

In pursuit of new challenges, Jim ventured into real estate investing, inspired by his family's background in the industry, including his grandparents, mother, and youngest sister, all of whom are real estate professionals. Recognizing the parallels between retail success and real estate, he made the pivotal decision to transition from a nearly two-decade career in retail management to real estate sales in 2011. This transition led him to relocate from Detroit, Michigan, to Northeast Florida, where he obtained his real estate license and established himself in Palm Coast.
