About James Ashby

James Ashby has been immersed in the world of work from a young age, beginning his journey on his grandfather’s farm. By the age of 12, he was actively contributing to the family business, Cavage’s Country Farm Market, located in Waymart, PA. His diverse experience has equipped him with a robust skill set in sales, project management, communication, and business development, particularly through his role at PA Amish Structures, where he oversees the sales and installation of recreational structures, garages, and sheds. Additionally, his background in construction is reinforced by several years with Grimm Construction and Pioneer Construction Company.

Transitioning into real estate sales was a natural progression for James, and he is thrilled to join the Lewith & Freeman team. He focuses on residential real estate in Wayne and Pike Counties, bringing a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills to his work. James is known for his reliability, decisiveness, and effective communication and leadership abilities.

A graduate of Western Wayne High School, James pursued further education in Electrical Construction Technology and contract drawings at Johnson College in Scranton, PA. He also completed his training as an Electrical Line Worker at Northwest Lineman College in Daytona Beach, Florida. His professional qualifications include NCCO Crane Certification, Metering Certification, and OSHA 10 Electrical Transmission & Distribution Certification. He received his real estate training at Polley Associates School of Real Estate.

As a lifelong resident of the NEPA area, James has deep connections within various communities. He has lived in Honesdale and Waymart and currently resides in Forest City. In his leisure time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, hunting, and fishing.

James operates from Lewith & Freeman’s Hawley office on Silk Mill Drive.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Pike County, Pennsylvania, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, continuing education providers, insurance agents, and recruiters all buy Pike County real estate agent email list data to put their offer directly in front of licensed professionals who are actively closing deals. These are not scraped contacts from random websites — they are verified, practicing agents with confirmed email addresses.

With {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents in the database, including {{CELL_COUNT}} with verified cell phone numbers, this list gives you the reach to run meaningful campaigns without wasting budget on a statewide blast that dilutes your message. Whether you are launching a new loan product, promoting CE credits, or recruiting agents to your brokerage, precision targeting at the county level means your outreach lands with the people most likely to respond.

Why Buy a Pike County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this database is sourced directly from the Pennsylvania state real estate licensing board, then cross-verified for deliverability. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire dataset is refreshed bi-annually — which is why we back it with a 96% deliverability guarantee. Cheap list vendors recycle old data, let bad addresses pile up, and leave you fighting spam filters. That is not how we have operated since 2005, and it is not why we have sold over 31,000 lists.

You can also segment this data by broker versus sales agent, giving you the flexibility to tailor your message by role and responsibility. Load the list into any cold-email platform — including Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, which pairs especially well with this data — and you are ready to launch a compliant, targeted outreach campaign the same day your order ships.

How to Use This Pike County Agent List

Email outreach is the most obvious application, but this data supports a full multichannel strategy. Use the mailing addresses for direct mail campaigns, the cell phone numbers for SMS or ringless voicemail drops, and the names for LinkedIn matching to build warm audiences before your email sequence even starts. Every touchpoint becomes more effective when your underlying contact data is accurate.

Segmenting by broker versus sales agent is particularly valuable for recruiters and software vendors. Brokers make purchasing decisions; sales agents respond to tools and services that help them produce. A single list, used strategically, can support two entirely different campaigns running at the same time.

Why Pike County, Pennsylvania Agent Data Matters

Pike County includes active real estate markets in Milford, Hawley, Matamoras, and Dingmans Ferry, among other communities. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified agents operating across these areas, you have a focused audience that is large enough to generate real pipeline but targeted enough to keep your cost-per-lead low. No other vendor offers zip code level segmentation within Pike County — which means you can isolate agents working specific communities rather than buying more data than you need.

Statewide lists feel efficient until you look at your open rates. Local targeting consistently outperforms because recipients recognize the relevance immediately. When your subject line or opening line speaks to Pike County specifically, agents pay attention in a way they never would with a generic Pennsylvania-wide pitch.
