Growing up in a family immersed in construction—her father was a custom homebuilder—she frequently visited job sites, witnessing the transformation of properties from inception to sale. Her initial foray into real estate occurred at the age of 16 when she showcased her father's custom home on a rainy Christmas Eve. After a family toured the property, they expressed interest in making an offer, igniting her passion for the industry.

Janet's fascination with real estate has only deepened over the years. She spent nearly a decade working on the former Marineland property, now home to the prestigious Terranea Resort, where she collaborated with location managers for various film productions.

Together with her husband, she owns and manages industrial properties, continually seeking investment opportunities. Janet firmly believes in the resilience and potential of California's real estate market. Her dedication to the South Bay community is evident in her commitment to helping clients find their ideal homes. With her children now grown, she is able to focus entirely on her real estate career, providing exceptional service that has resulted in a high volume of referrals.
