Janet has been honored as a Master’s Club Award Winner by the Central Valley Association of REALTORS (CVAR) in both 2015 and 2016, recognizing her excellence in the field. This accolade signifies her achievement of a minimum of $4 million in sales volume or 24 closed transactions in the preceding year. Additionally, she served on the Tracy Council Board of the CVAR during 2015-2016.
