About Jared Martin

Jared Martin serves as the President of the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and is a prominent real estate broker in the Central Valley. He co-owns Keller Williams Westland Realty in Fresno, California, and brings nearly two decades of experience to the industry as a third-generation REALTOR®. Since 2001, he has successfully facilitated over 1,300 real estate transactions.

Beyond his client-focused work, Martin is deeply engaged with various REALTOR® associations at the local, state, and national levels. He held the position of President of the Fresno Association of REALTORS® in 2009 and has been an integral part of its Executive Committee during multiple terms, including 2008-2009 and 2014-2015. He also served as Treasurer in 2014 and 2015. At the state level, Martin has contributed to several committees, such as Taxation and Government Finance, the Distressed Property Task Force, and Strategic Planning and Finance. His involvement with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) includes participation in the Commercial Leadership Forum and various committees focused on commercial research, economic issues, and finance. He has been recognized as an NAR Golden “R” recipient since 2004.

In addition to his professional commitments, Martin is actively involved in his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Fresno First Bank, where he is a member of the Loan Committee and chairs the Governance Committee. He is also a director for the Foundation for Clovis Schools. Martin is an alumnus of California State University, Fresno, where he graduated from the Sid Craig School of Business.
