Jason graduated from Valhalla High School in El Cajon, California, and continued his education at Palomar College in San Marcos. There, he distinguished himself as an athlete, serving as captain of the wrestling team and earning All-American honors twice. His accomplishments led to an athletic scholarship at California State University, Fresno, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing.

Over a 15-year corporate career, Jason pursued various certification programs, most notably becoming a Certified Forensic Interviewer. He excelled in leadership roles at Nordstrom, Gap Inc., and Ralph Lauren, consistently delivering outstanding results and earning recognition for his contributions.

**Personal Life and Community Involvement**

Raised in Jamul, California, Jason continues to reside in East County. He began his retail career at Nordstrom in Horton Plaza and ultimately advanced to the position of Regional Manager at Ralph Lauren. Jason is married to Breann Bedsole, and together they have two sons, Luke and Landon.

An active member of his community, Jason dedicates his time to coaching and volunteering. He serves on the board of the Dallas Pugh Foundation, coaches Valhalla Junior Wrestling, and supports the McGrath Family YMCA. His passion for real estate has not only benefited his family by building wealth but has also fueled his belief in the importance of homeownership.
