About Jason Cruz

Jason Cruz, a lifelong resident of Los Angeles, currently resides in Silver Lake. He received his education in the public school system, attending John Marshall High School before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Chicana/o Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Following his graduation, Jason began his professional journey at a boutique law firm in Koreatown, where he gained valuable experience in the legal field. His interest in the securities industry led him to work with FINRA Dispute Resolution Services, where he played a role in safeguarding investors' interests and maintaining the integrity of the stock market.

Despite his legal background, Jason discovered that his true passion lay in helping others outside of that realm. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in real estate and construction, he frequently visited job sites and unique homes. His early experiences, from reviewing blueprints with his father to witnessing the satisfaction of homeowners upon project completion, shaped his appreciation for the industry. This realization prompted him to transition into a real estate career, where he could combine his desire to assist others with his childhood memories of construction.

Jason finds immense satisfaction in guiding clients through their real estate journeys, whether they are seasoned investors or first-time homebuyers. His commitment to prioritizing clients' best interests ensures that they receive the support they need in finding their ideal properties. With his youthful energy and determination, Jason is dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

In addition to his real estate work, Jason proudly serves as a representative for Homes for Heroes, a nonprofit organization established in the wake of 9/11 to honor and support the nation’s heroes, including firefighters, EMS personnel, law enforcement, military members (active, reserves, and veterans), healthcare professionals, and educators.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Jason enjoys hiking the trails of Griffith Park with his German Shepherd, cheering for the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium, and supporting his alma mater's football team at the Rose Bowl.
