Jay is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, just outside Northeast Philadelphia. Raised in a hardworking, blue-collar family, he is the youngest of four siblings, all of whom excelled in various sports, instilling in him a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Jay's childhood was marked by significant challenges, including the foreclosure of his family home and the illness of his mother, who battled cancer for many years. Her passing in October 2012 left a profound impact on Jay, shaping his character and values. He remembers her as a pillar of strength and selflessness, qualities that inspire him in both his personal and professional life.

After earning an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Bucks County Community College, Jay transferred to Temple University in Philadelphia to pursue a Bachelor's Degree. While studying, he managed a small quick-service restaurant specializing in hoagies and cheesesteaks, successfully launching a second location before the pandemic forced its closure. During this time, he also gained valuable experience as a manager at a grocery chain, where he developed his leadership skills but ultimately realized he sought a more fulfilling career.

With a desire for freedom and a passion for helping others, Jay transitioned into real estate in July 2021, obtaining his license just a month later. He joined Keller Williams Philadelphia and partnered with the Kanofsky Group, connecting with Ryan through shared experiences from their elementary school days. In his first year, Jay successfully assisted over a dozen clients, and he looks forward to continuing his growth in the industry.
