Jason Janeski has deep roots in Orange County, having grown up in the Huntington Harbour community of Huntington Beach. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Vanguard University of Southern California, where he also contributed as the starting power forward for the Men's Basketball Team. In 1998, he partnered with his father, Jerry Janeski, to establish the Janeski Team at First Team Real Estate.

Over the years, Jason has concentrated his efforts on the markets of San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel, and San Clemente, while recently shifting his focus to the Lantern District in Dana Point. With several significant development projects underway, he views this area as a promising investment opportunity and one of the most distinctive and picturesque locations along the California coast.

During the economic downturn from 2008 to 2012, Jason led marketing and sales initiatives for various banks, managing the marketing and liquidation of distressed properties throughout Southern California.
