Jason McCurdy serves as the designated broker for Keller Williams Sun Valley Southern Idaho, bringing a wealth of experience from his tenure as the broker for three of Idaho's leading real estate firms. With 18 years in the industry and a lifelong connection to Idaho, Jason's passion for the outdoors is evident in his leisure activities, which include fishing and hunting with family and friends.

After completing his college education, Jason launched a new construction painting business specializing in custom interior projects. This venture quickly established him as a prominent figure in Southern Idaho's painting industry. His interactions with clients and builders during the construction process sparked his interest in pursuing a full-time career in real estate.

Jason embarked on his real estate journey in 2004, co-founding a brokerage with his mother. Their partnership flourished, leading them to become multi-million dollar producers and honing their ability to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. Under the mentorship of J Dee May, a respected real estate attorney, Jason developed a strong foundation in real estate contracts and processes, skills he continues to refine.

In 2013, Jason was appointed Managing Broker for the Boise franchise of the world’s largest real estate company, overseeing a team of over 600 agents and facilitating more than 18,000 transactions. His role included conflict resolution, mentoring, and training new agents, reflecting his commitment to fostering their professional development. Colleagues recognize Jason for his problem-solving abilities and leadership, empowering his team to work collaboratively and creatively.

Throughout his career, Jason has held various leadership positions, including President of the local association, State Director, and member of the State Legislative Committee and the Intermountain MLS Board of Directors. In 2016, he was honored as the Boise Regional Realtor’s Broker of the Year. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has achieved a Six Sigma Black Belt. Jason has prepared hundreds of institutional BPOs and remains dedicated to representing his clients with the utmost professionalism and care.
