Jason Hamman serves as the President and Principal Broker of The Hamman Realty Group, which he established in 2018. The firm specializes in a comprehensive array of brokerage services for both commercial and residential sectors, catering to the needs of buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords.

In 2013, Jason founded The Hamman Consulting Group, focusing on location advisory, site selection, and economic development services for clients in both the private and public sectors. His expertise encompasses site selection and location analysis, as well as the identification and acquisition of tax incentives and grants. He also provides real estate brokerage services and collaborates extensively with economic development organizations to develop strategic plans, identify target industries, and facilitate business attraction and lead generation. From 2008 to 2013, Jason held the position of Senior Consultant at Silverlode Consulting Corp in Cleveland, where he engaged with a diverse range of private sector clients, including a Fortune 500 industrial company, a multinational call center operator, and a large healthcare organization. His public sector experience includes collaboration with multi-county regional economic development organizations, major cities, and rural counties. Prior to his role at Silverlode, Jason was part of the research department at Team NEO, an organization dedicated to regional economic development in Northeast Ohio, and served as an Economic Development Specialist for the Lorain County Community Development Department.

Jason holds a Master of Public Administration from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same institution. He has been a featured speaker at various industry events, including Area Development's Consultants Forum in Jacksonville, FL, and Expansion Management's Roundtable Series in Tucson, AZ. Additionally, he contributed to discussions on Ohio’s business climate and economic development initiatives at Governor Kasich’s residence in Columbus in June 2013. Jason is an active member of the Midwest Association of Rail Shippers and the Cleveland Freight Association.

His community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the City of Vermilion’s Economic Development Commission and participating on the Environmental Affairs Advisory Board, Charter Review Commission, and Planning Commission for the City of Avon Lake.
