About Jason Mattson

Jason is the founder of Orange Real Estate Group, established in 2009. As the principal broker, he manages the real estate operations of over 70 licensed agents and oversees the property management of nearly 500 properties across the Las Vegas Valley. Since its inception, the firm has successfully closed more than $550 million in residential and commercial transactions, with Jason consistently recognized as the top producer, personally contributing to approximately one-third of all deals. In 2018, he achieved a notable ranking as the 10th top agent among over 17,000 licensed real estate professionals in Clark County. Jason prioritizes instilling ethical practices and sound business principles among his agents and clients.

In addition to his brokerage responsibilities, Jason advises clients on investment strategies and actively seeks opportunities for personal and partner investments. He has successfully purchased and resold over $55 million in real estate assets, maintaining an impressive record of zero losses across more than 220 closed investments. Since 2004, he has also served as a principal lender, facilitating real estate financing for various property types through diverse private capital sources. Throughout these ventures, Jason has personally invested his own funds and managed the underwriting and closing processes.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Willamette University and brings over 15 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate and finance sectors. He is licensed as both a Real Estate Broker and a Mortgage Broker.
