A native of the San Ramon Valley, he graduated from Monte Vista High School before earning his degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Having lived in various regions across the United States, including the East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, and both Northern and Southern California, Jason possesses a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities associated with relocation. As a Short Sale Specialist and Debt Settlement Expert, Jason excels in negotiating with loss mitigation teams, asset managers, and hedge fund investors. Jason is committed to training and developing agents on the unique value propositions related to distressed properties, and he frames and presents short-sale packages to lending institutions. Outside of his professional endeavors, Jason enjoys quality time with his wife and dog, as well as engaging with his niece and nephew through skiing, barbecuing, and attending football and baseball games. He is also committed to giving back to the community and is actively involved with the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) for the San Ramon Valley.
