About Jed Williams

Hagan Realty:
I founded Hagan Realty in 2001 in response to what I saw to be a lack of professionalism honesty and market knowledge within the real estate community I had been working in real estate through my grandfather's real estate law practice since I was in high school then for a commercial real estate company during college before returning to my grandfather's practice after graduating In all that time I saw and interacted with dozens of the region's "top agents" and was dumbfounded each time by how little they knew about the market the law and the homes themselves My opinion lead me to handle the purchase and sale of several properties for my grandfather's firm myself in doing so I found that I truly enjoyed working more directly with real estate and that I had a talent for it Shortly thereafter I formed Hagan Realty in order to pursue a career in residential real estate

Since that time I have built every facet of Hagan Realty around the those three traits Doing so has allowed us to offer our buyer and seller clients unparalleled results and a level of service that is seldom associated with Realtors Licensed in Maryland Virginia and the District of Columbia Hagan's agents have assisted clients in a geography ranging from from Hagerstown to Timonium to Bowie to Springfield to Leesburg though the majority of our clients have been located in and around the beltway

Professionalism:
Hagan Realty's agents are held to the highest professional standards Each agent is limited to a set number of clients at any one time this allows them to dedicate themselves more fully to each client Agents undergo a rigorous training program that focuses on the transaction process contracts negotiation housing and property marketing and continuing education and re-training are required quarterly in order to keep current on changes to the contract forms industry best practices technology and trends

Honesty:
In 10 years of operation no Hagan Realty agent has ever been accused of an ethics or professional violation of any kind In fact no Hagan Realty client or customer has ever lodged even an informal complaint with the company the Realtor association or any of the state real estate boards With or without the existence of a complaint each Hagan Realty agent knows that if they were to lie or misrepresent the truth to me a client a customer or another agent that agent would no longer work at Hagan Realty and I would file the ethics complaint against them myself

Market Knowledge:
Every one of Hagan Realty's agent myself included are dedicated to understand the housing markets in which we operate better than any other agent in the business To assist us in that pursuit we've spent the past 6 years building a suite of proprietary market analytics systems that allow us to track price inventory negotiation strength failure rates time on market and dozens of other variables in the market all in real time

Client Relationship:
The various laws governing the practice of real estate in MD DC & VA all require that an agent representing a client must have a written agreement called either a buyer agency agreement or a listing agreement that formalized the agent/client relationship In nearly every case those agreements are written such that if the client is unhappy with the service they receive they can only fire the agent with the agent or their broker's consent Every client Hagan Realty has ever represented since its inception has benefited from an agency agreement that grants the client the right to fire us with or without cause at any time It is worth noting that although some clients have decided not to buy or to sell in 10 years not a single client has ever fired a Hagan Realty agent in order to work with another agent or company That statistic would never be possible were it not for the honesty capabilities and dedication that I and my fellow Hagan Realty agents exhibit for our clients in each and every transaction

What can we do for you
If you are considering buying or selling a home in the Greater Washington Region give me a call and find out just how Hagan Realty has built itself to stand apart There's never any obligation pressure or cost to interviewing us and I am absolutely confident you'll be glad you did

Sincerely
Jed Williams

Montgomery County, Maryland represents one of the most dynamic and affluent real estate markets in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, characterized by its proximity to the nation's capital and exceptional educational systems. With 10,439 total actively licensed agents serving the region, this market demonstrates remarkable depth and sophistication, reflecting the area's high property values and complex transaction requirements.

The county's real estate landscape spans from urban high-rises in Silver Spring and Bethesda to sprawling estates in Potomac, creating diverse opportunities that attract both seasoned professionals and newcomers to the industry. What's particularly noteworthy is that all 10,439 agents maintain current email addresses, indicating a tech-savvy professional community that embraces modern communication methods essential for today's fast-paced real estate environment.

Major Montgomery County, Maryland Real Estate Markets

Bethesda and Chevy Chase anchor the county's luxury market segment, where million-dollar homes are commonplace and international buyers frequently compete with local professionals seeking prestigious addresses. These areas benefit from Metro accessibility and proximity to major employment centers like the National Institutes of Health and Walter Reed Medical Center. Meanwhile, Silver Spring has emerged as a surprising hotspot for younger professionals, offering urban amenities and transit connections at relatively more accessible price points.

The western corridor including Rockville, Gaithersburg, and Germantown has transformed into a technology hub, driving demand for both residential and commercial properties. Surprisingly, areas like Damascus and Clarksburg, once considered rural outposts, now command premium prices as buyers seek larger lots and newer construction while maintaining reasonable commuting distance to major employment centers.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Montgomery County's real estate market operates with unusual complexity due to its diverse geography and varied local regulations across different municipalities. Properties in Takoma Park operate under different historic preservation guidelines than those in newer developments like Kentlands in Gaithersburg, creating specialized knowledge requirements that explain the large agent population relative to the county's size.

The market experiences distinct seasonal patterns, with spring inventory traditionally dominated by luxury properties in areas like Potomac and North Bethesda, while fall markets see increased activity in family-oriented communities like Olney and Derwood. International relocations, particularly from the biotechnology and government sectors, create year-round demand that keeps the market active even during typically slower periods.

Why Businesses Need Montgomery County, Maryland Agent Contact Data

Service providers targeting Montgomery County's real estate market require comprehensive agent contact information due to the market's high transaction values and sophisticated clientele. With average home prices significantly above national medians, agents here frequently need specialized services including luxury home staging, international marketing, and complex financing solutions, creating substantial revenue opportunities for qualified vendors.

The fact that all 10,439 licensed agents maintain email addresses presents unique advantages for businesses seeking to establish relationships in this lucrative market. Companies offering everything from home inspection services to mortgage products can efficiently reach this concentrated professional community, while the high agent-to-population ratio suggests robust transaction volumes that support sustained business relationships.
