In pursuit of a fulfilling career, Jeff attended the Texas A&M Firefighters Training Academy, subsequently joining the San Marcos Fire Department in 1990. Over nearly three decades, he has refined his skills in servant leadership. In 2005, he transitioned into real estate sales, recognizing the parallels between the two fields: both involve community service and the opportunity to assist individuals during pivotal moments in their lives.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Jeff is a devoted father of three. His eldest son is a recent Naval Academy graduate currently attending flight school in Pensacola, where he is preparing to become a naval aviator and is engaged to his high school sweetheart. His twin son is set to graduate from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and will soon move to Sugar Land, Texas, to embark on his career. His youngest daughter is also pursuing her studies at Texas A&M, aiming to become a Physician’s Assistant.
