My Northern Idaho Experience

Moving to Coeur d’Alene in 1996 has proven to be one of the best decisions of my life With family and friends already living in the area it did not take long to fully appreciate this world-class destination with its breath-taking scenery and abundance of activities I immediately knew that North Idaho would be a great place to raise a family and call home it has proven to be just that!

As a licensed real estate agent for nearly 17 years I have had the privilege to introduce prospective buyers to the same North Idaho experience that both my family and I love

Starting with a background in residential and commercial construction I began to develop the foundation for my real estate career Working with one of the area’s largest residential builders led me into commercial construction where I was eventually promoted to Director of Safety and Compliance Here I was responsible for working closely with the client our employees and state regulatory agencies to help insure the success of our projects In addition to this role I worked as the Sales and Marketing Director for a hand-crafted log home builder With a well rounded background in construction pursuing a career in real estate seems like a natural transition

Realizing that real estate is a competitive business I decided to take my continuing education to a higher level and completed the G R I (Graduate Realtor Institute) C N E (Certified Negotiation Expert) and S R E S (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations
