Jeff Johnson has been a dedicated real estate professional since 2002. In January 2009, he joined the esteemed North Ranch Office of Prudential California Realty, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous role at Sotheby’s International Realty in Westlake Village. Throughout his career, Jeff has consistently been recognized as an Award-Winning Agent, earning accolades such as the Top 10 Producer Award for multiple years. In 2009, he was honored with Prudential’s prestigious Award of Excellence.

His expertise extends to navigating the complexities of real estate transactions, where he effectively collaborates and negotiates with various stakeholders, including other agents, escrow officers, title inspectors, and lenders.

A lifelong Californian, Jeff has resided in diverse regions across both Northern and Southern California. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, he primarily settled in the Conejo Valley, Coachella Valley, and San Fernando Valley. His extensive experience includes listing and selling residential properties in these areas, as well as in Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert. He is an active member of two MLS systems that serve these regions.

Before embarking on his real estate career, Jeff enjoyed a successful decade as a CPA. He later transitioned to a role as Chief Financial Officer for a client in Westlake Village, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s annual sales from $12 million to $25 million over eight years.

In his personal time, Jeff and his partner Joe enjoy biking, traveling, entertaining, and gardening. They are also deeply involved in their church and community activities.
