Jeff Blackstone has been a resident of Melbourne since his family moved from Alabama when he was five. Growing up near the beach, he embraced the numerous advantages that Brevard County offers. A graduate of Gemini Hoover Melbourne High School and the Florida Institute of Technology, Jeff possesses a comprehensive understanding of the local communities and educational systems.

From August 2015 to June 2019, Jeff served as the baseball coach at Mel-Hi, and he remains actively involved with the team through various support initiatives. As a father and mentor, he brings nearly two decades of real estate expertise to the Carpenter | Kessel Home Selling team.

After earning a Master’s in Community Planning from Auburn University, Jeff spent several years in residential real estate development, where he managed the construction of multiple subdivisions. He later obtained his real estate license and founded Blackstone Realty of Brevard, a well-regarded owner-operated agency in the area. Jeff thrives on challenges and attributes his success to his experiences with athletes, families, and real estate investors.
