About Jeffrey Grant

Jeffrey serves as a principal at the SR Group, where he is a licensed REALTOR® and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). A lifelong resident of Austin, he has witnessed the city’s remarkable transformation and growth over the years.

His real estate journey commenced in 2007 with a custom home and pool builder, where he oversaw the construction of luxury residences in the Bee Cave and Lakeway regions. This initial experience ignited his enthusiasm for real estate, leading him to collaborate with Kemp Properties on various initiatives, including the renovation of the historic Starr Building on 6th Street in downtown Austin.

In 2011, Jeffrey took on the role of Director of Marketing at The Stone Group, a national corporate real estate firm headquartered in Austin. This position equipped him with essential skills in research analytics, portfolio management, and commercial development. Seeking to expand his expertise, he joined Stanberry & Associates in their Dripping Springs office in 2012.

In mid-2013, Jeffrey co-founded the SR Group with Steven Edwards, aiming to enhance client services across diverse property types. He has also contributed to the real estate community by serving as the Marketing Chair for the Austin Young Real Estate Professionals for the past two years.
