About Jeff Byrd

Jeff Byrd has been a dedicated resident of Tryon for 26 years. From 1989 to 2010, he owned and published the Tryon Daily Bulletin, a period during which the publication and its team garnered multiple awards from the North Carolina Press Association and experienced significant growth, tripling in size.

Throughout his time in Tryon, Byrd has actively engaged in the community's civic life. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Tryon Fine Arts Center and has held the position of President since January 2016.

His previous roles include serving as president of the Polk County Chamber of Commerce, editor of "A Sense of Heritage: A Polk County Pictorial History," published by the chamber in 1991, and chairman of the inaugural Blue Ridge Barbecue & Music Festival in 1993. In recognition of his contributions, he was inducted into the chamber’s Hall of Fame in 1998 and named Business Person of the Year in 2005.

From 2002 to 2010, Byrd chaired the board of e-Polk Inc., where he was instrumental in establishing the Pangaea fiber optic network at a time when dial-up was the standard. Under his leadership, e-Polk developed an initial seven miles of fiber along Highway 108 and managed several million dollars in grants, expanding the network to nearly 200 miles, which now serves the communities of Polk and Rutherford counties. e-Polk has received the National Cornerstone Award twice, in 2004 and 2015, at the Broadband Communities Summit in Austin, Texas.

Byrd's community involvement also includes serving as secretary of FENCE from 1999 to 2003, president of the Tryon Downtown Development Association from 1999 to 2001, and secretary of the Tryon Riding & Hunt Club from 1995 to 1998. He was a board member and chairman of Polk Vocational Services from 1995 to 2003 and served on the North Carolina Press Association board from 2000 to 2003, where he was president-elect at the time of his sale of the Tryon Daily Bulletin in 2010.

Byrd is committed to providing responsive and detail-oriented service to his real estate clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction in one of the most picturesque areas in the country.

He and his wife, Helen, a dedicated educator who is retiring this summer after 30 years of teaching, have raised their two children in their historic 1906 home in downtown Tryon. The couple is active members of Grace Foothills Church, which began as a small group in their living room.

If you're looking to buy Spartanburg County real estate agent email list data for a targeted B2B campaign, you're in the right place. Mortgage lenders, title companies, and insurance providers use this list to reach licensed agents who are actively closing deals and referring clients. PropTech companies, CE providers, and real estate recruiters rely on it to introduce services, fill courses, and source talent directly from the professionals who need what they offer.

This list works because it targets the right people at the right geography. Whether you're running an email drip sequence through a cold-email platform like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) or building a phone outreach campaign, Spartanburg County agent data gives you a precise audience instead of wasting budget on statewide noise. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents carrying verified email addresses and {{CELL_COUNT}} records that include cell phone numbers, the coverage is deep and actionable.

Why Buy a Spartanburg County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Dr Bill has been in business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists — this isn't a data scrape thrown together overnight. Every record is sourced directly from the South Carolina state real estate licensing board, which means you're reaching agents who are confirmed active, not lapsed or unlicensed. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is rebuilt from scratch bi-annually. The result is a 96% deliverability guarantee that cheap, unverified alternatives simply cannot match.

Other vendors sell statewide dumps. Dr Bill sells Spartanburg County specifically — and goes further than any competitor by offering segmentation down to the city and zip code level. No other vendor provides zip-code-level targeting within the county. That precision matters when your offer is relevant to a specific pocket of the market, not every agent across South Carolina.

How to Use This Spartanburg County Agent List

The most direct application is email outreach through a cold-email platform. Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) is purpose-built for this kind of B2B sequence work and pairs well with verified lists like this one. You can also use the data for direct mail campaigns, phone outreach using the cell numbers, or upload the emails to LinkedIn for matched-audience ad targeting that reinforces your message across channels.

Segment by broker versus sales agent to tailor your pitch — brokers often make purchasing decisions for their teams, while individual agents are ideal for CE courses, insurance products, or mortgage referral partnerships. The flexibility to filter by city or zip code lets you build hyper-local campaigns that feel relevant rather than generic.

Why Spartanburg County, South Carolina Agent Data Matters

Spartanburg County covers a substantial and active market that includes the city of Spartanburg, along with communities like Duncan, Boiling Springs, Inman, Landrum, and Cowpens. Each of these areas has its own active agent population, and the ability to target them individually is a significant advantage. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents in the county carrying verified emails, you have real reach into a market that rewards local relevance.

Statewide lists dilute your message across markets where your offer may not apply. Spartanburg County-specific data keeps your campaign focused, your deliverability high, and your response rates meaningful. When your product or service is built for agents working this specific market, precision targeting isn't optional — it's the entire strategy.
