This venture sparked his interest in real estate, leading him to obtain his real estate license and manage his own investments.

In 2007, Jeff officially entered the real estate market, quickly discovering his passion for the industry. His sales performance grew consistently, prompting him to establish his own brokerage, Diamond Group Realty, in 2010. Under his leadership, the office experienced year-on-year revenue growth until 2015, and he became an approved HUD Listing Broker. Additionally, he expanded the brokerage to include a property management division.

Over the past decade, Jeff has enhanced his expertise across various facets of real estate, representing sellers, buyers, investors, banks, and rental properties. In early 2016, he was awarded a RE/MAX franchise in East Fishers, marking a significant milestone in his career. Today, he leads the fastest-growing RE/MAX franchise in Indiana and has received numerous accolades, including the RE/MAX National Chairman's Award in 2018, recognition as a top 10 team in the state, and the Broker of the Year award in 2017.
