About Jeffrey Casterline

Jeff Casterline has deep roots in coastal living. Originally from Port Huron, Michigan, and later raised in Jensen Beach, Florida, he has spent much of his life by the ocean. After completing high school in Greensboro, North Carolina, he pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he met his wife, Caryn.

Transitioning from the mortgage industry to real estate, Jeff obtained his real estate broker licenses in both North and South Carolina in 2004 and subsequently relocated to Myrtle Beach. He and Caryn tied the knot in Myrtle Beach in 2006, and shortly thereafter, they welcomed a Boxer named Molly Wigglebutts into their family, who is now thriving and healthy. Their family grew with the arrival of their daughter, Riley Marie, in 2009, followed by their son, Harrison James, in 2011.

Now proud residents of Myrtle Beach, Jeff and his family embrace the low country lifestyle. During the warmer months, they enjoy spending days at the beach and hosting barbecues with friends. They are active members of Trinity Episcopal Church in Myrtle Beach. Outside of work, Jeff can often be found on the softball field or at a local venue, where he follows his beloved Michigan sports teams. He also enjoys golfing and attending various live music events.

An advocate for both Carolina Boxer Rescue and the March of Dimes, Jeff participates in numerous fundraising activities for these organizations each year. After five years with RE/MAX, he co-founded Beach Realty Group with his friend Darren Woodard in early 2011. Jeff specializes in high-end homes, condominiums, land, and distressed properties. He holds real estate broker licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina, along with professional designations such as Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).
