In 1990, he earned his MAI designation and established Investment Property Advisors, a firm specializing in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting. In 2002, he obtained his Real Estate Broker license, broadening his expertise to include the brokerage of both residential and commercial properties. His primary focus is Southern California, particularly the Coachella Valley, where his extensive residency has equipped him with valuable insights into local real estate trends.
