About Jeffrey Miloff

Jeff, originally hailing from the East Coast of Florida, dedicated six years of service to the U.S. Coast Guard, with his tenure stationed in Cape May, New Jersey. After meeting his wife, Jacque, a native of New Jersey, they made the decision to return to Florida, this time settling on the picturesque West Coast, where they embraced the lifestyle of Southwest Florida.

Jeff's professional journey began in sales, where he marketed a diverse range of products, from Kreepy Krauly vacuum cleaners to various pet supplies. However, it was his entry into the real estate sector that ignited his true passion. In 1999, he partnered with Gary Aubuchon to establish a real estate firm, leading to the creation of Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group, the second of five companies within the Aubuchon Team of Companies.

Through relentless dedication and resilience, what started as a modest real estate office has transformed into one of the premier independent firms in Southwest Florida. Today, Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group boasts over 100 agents and holds the distinction of being the top independent firm in Cape Coral and the third in Lee County. As a visionary leader, Jeff has guided the firm to remarkable achievements, including the launch of a Property Management/Rental division, a Commercial division, a state-of-the-art Real Estate and Model Home Center, and the recent opening of two additional offices in the Bonita/Estero area, along with the establishment of the Miloff Aubuchon Agent Referral Network.

With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Jeff has played a pivotal role in the firm’s success, contributing to over $2 billion in sales.
