With a degree in Marine Biology from Humboldt State University, [he/she/they] initially pursued a career in education, earning a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential. [He/She/They] taught elementary school, spanning grades K-6, where the candid nature of children provided invaluable lessons in honesty and perspective.

Following graduation, Jeffrey relocated from California to Connecticut to support [his/her/their] wife during her studies in Dental Hygiene. This transition introduced [him/her/them] to the logistics industry, where [he/she/they] spent nine years as a package car driver for UPS. This role not only offered insights into the operations of a large corporation but also underscored the importance of teamwork and collaboration in overcoming challenges.

During their time in Connecticut, Jeffrey and [his/her/their] wife welcomed their first two children. With family ties on the West Coast, they decided to return home. Upon their return, [he/she/they] transitioned into the insurance sector with American Family, while simultaneously pursuing a passion for real estate. In 2018, [he/she/they] joined the Discover Northwest team, where [his/her/their] enthusiasm for the industry flourished.
