About Jennifer Avellan

Jennifer Avellan has dedicated the past 12 years to empowering individuals and families, particularly newly settled Hispanic Americans, in building wealth through real estate. Jennifer earned her degree with honors in International Relations and Business from UC Santa Barbara. Recently, she expanded her portfolio with family getaway properties in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and Lake Arrowhead.

In her personal life, Jennifer enjoys listening to NPR while tending to her garden, which boasts hundreds of monarch butterflies, a variety of cacti, vegetables, and even a few hens and a rooster. A skilled salsa dancer, she cherishes opportunities to engage in the arts and dreams of traveling the world, having already visited destinations such as Havana, the Galapagos, and Israel amidst her busy schedule of closings and showings.
