About Jennifer Getz

Jennifer Getz, born on September 4, 1975, in Van Nuys, California, has a diverse background that enriches her real estate career. After a brief period in Norway, her family relocated to Santa Clarita, California, in 1980. She completed her high school education at Hart High School in Newhall in 1993, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University, Bakersfield, in 1997. In 2002, she earned her teaching credential from California State University, Northridge.

Jennifer holds both a California Broker's License and Officer's License, as well as a Nevada Broker's License. Her professional journey includes five years as an Area Manager for two prominent swimwear companies, followed by four years teaching high school English at Canyon High School and Polytechnic High School.

In 2001, Jennifer married Pete, and they welcomed their daughter, Taylor, in 2004. The couple established their corporation in 2002, leading to the founding of Getz Properties in 2003. Jennifer serves as the President and CEO of J P Investments Inc. and is the Broker of Record for Getz Properties and The Getz It Sold Team.

Her professional affiliations include membership in the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors. Jennifer has actively contributed to the Southland Regional Association, serving on the Santa Clarita Valley Division Council in 2008 and 2009, and chairing the Governmental Affairs Committee from 2006 to 2009. She also founded and chaired the Education Committee during the same period.

In 2007, Jennifer merged Getz Properties with Keller Williams in Santa Clarita, launching The Getz It Sold Team, which has since grown into a multimillion-dollar operation and one of the top-performing teams in the Santa Clarita Valley. In February 2010, she took on the role of CEO and Team Leader at Keller Williams Calabasas Estates, one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in the region. Additionally, she is the Broker of Record for the new Keller Williams office in Granada Hills.

Jennifer, along with her family, resides in Tesoro Del Valle, a community located just north of Valencia, California.
