Our family friends and business roots run deep in Chico My family farmed almonds and oranges and later developed Big Chico Estates in the 1980's and Bailey Creek Golf Course in Lake Almanor which we still own and manage My Husband's family also owns Hughes Ski Hut and Hughes Hardwoods I've been a licensed Realtor since 1999 and have 6 years of experience in lending I have originated and processed purchase refinance and construction loans I am a graduate of Chico High School and Heald Business College My husband Kevin is a Pleasant Valley graduate Our kids also played sports and graduated from Chico high schools (Casey from PV and Kelsey from Chico High) They are now in college We are a family that loves sports and all that Chico has to offer I have coached youth soccer and little league and I still play soccer once a week \n\nI look forward to helping you find your dream home in a great city!
