About Jennifer Janus

Raised in Chittenango, New York, Jennifer grew up in a supportive family alongside her parents, Joe and Karen, and her younger sister, Krystyna. After completing high school, she attended Mohawk Valley Community College, where she excelled as a three-sport student-athlete. Following her achievement of an associate degree in Sports Medicine, she transferred to Utica College, where she played on the women’s soccer team while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing.

Upon graduation, Jennifer began her professional career at the Syracuse Fire Department Federal Credit Union. In 2009, she transitioned to a sales role at State Farm Insurance, specifically within Matt Roe's Agency. During this time, she balanced her work and studies while maintaining a commitment to physical fitness, all while nurturing her aspiration to become a professional firefighter. In early 2010, she realized this dream by joining the Syracuse Fire Department, where she finds fulfillment in making a positive impact in her community alongside her dedicated colleagues.

Currently residing in Cicero with her fiancé Chris, who is also a firefighter, and their two dogs, Jennifer is excited to embark on a new journey in real estate. She is eager to leverage her skills and experiences to assist clients in transforming their lives through real estate, looking forward to the challenges and rewards that lie ahead.
