About Jennifer Lee

Jennifer Lee, a native of Gainesville, Florida, has deep roots in the Sunshine State. After completing her education at Buchholz High School in 1981, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University in 1985. Following this, she obtained a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Vanderbilt University in 1987.

In 1988, Jennifer returned to Gainesville, where she dedicated 18 years to her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist, focusing on adult neurogenic communication and swallowing disorders. In January 2006, she transitioned to a full-time career in real estate, leveraging her extensive communication skills to navigate the often emotional landscape of property transactions.

Jennifer founded Campus to Coast Realty in January 2020, leading a team that specializes in residential real estate from the University of Florida campus in Gainesville to the coastal areas of Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Ponce Inlet, and New Smyrna Beach. In 2022, her team achieved remarkable success, closing 156 transactions, a testament to their dedication and expertise in the market.
