About Jennifer McCray

Jennifer began her journey in real estate during her high school years, serving as an assistant at a firm in Chester. While pursuing her studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, she advanced to the role of property manager for an apartment complex. After earning her degree, she obtained her real estate license and embarked on her professional career as a REALTOR® in 2002.

Her dedication and expertise quickly led to her promotion to sales manager and subsequently to Principal Broker at her firm. Inspired by her experiences, Jennifer took a bold step in 2015 by founding her own company, Front Door Realty Group.

In her personal life, Jennifer is married to Brian, an IT Systems Administrator whose technical skills have greatly benefited the firm. Together, they are proud parents to their teenage daughter, Madison, an outstanding student and a passionate dancer. Jennifer credits Brian and Madison as her driving force, motivating her to achieve greater heights in her career.
