Jennifer, a proud native of North Carolina, has dedicated herself to a career in real estate since 2009. Prior to this, she built a foundation in journalism, working for newspapers in Morganton and Fayetteville, NC. Her journey took her to New York City, Boston, and New Jersey, where she pursued a graduate degree and honed her professional skills.

Driven by a passion for homes, renovation, and community, Jennifer transitioned into real estate while living in Basking Ridge, NJ, where she and her husband, Vann, raised their three children. When two of their children chose to attend college in North Carolina, it reaffirmed the family’s deep-rooted affection for the state.

In New Jersey, Jennifer specialized in luxury real estate and has seamlessly continued her practice in the vibrant Asheville area. She purchased property in Buncombe County in 2005, anticipating a future move to the region. Jennifer takes great pleasure in learning about her clients’ unique stories and introducing them to the stunning landscapes and rich cultural experiences that western North Carolina has to offer.
