About Jennifer Yiu

Jennifer discovered her passion for real estate in 2002 while serving as a Project Coordinator and NYC Building Expeditor at an architectural firm, all while pursuing her studies in Real Estate and Development at Baruch College. Her background in architecture and familiarity with building department protocols paved the way for a successful career in Construction Management. She joined Bovis Lend Lease in 2006 and later Tishman Construction/AECOM in 2010, where her strong work ethic and proactive approach allowed her to oversee multiple fit-out projects within the Tishman Construction Purchasing Department.

In 2015, Jennifer transitioned from Tishman Construction to Keller Williams of Greater Nassau, aiming to assist families in navigating the complexities of finding their ideal homes.
