His previous role as Vice President at Stock Building Supply in Raleigh involved overseeing the construction financing division, which provided commercial loans to builders and developers across 27 metropolitan markets in the United States. He also led a national joint venture focused on consumer mortgage origination.

Outside of real estate, Jeremy is passionate about yoga and has been an active participant in a large men's chorus. He has taken on leadership roles in LGBTQ employee resource groups, recreational sports organizations, and faith-based communities.

Brad is dedicated to environmental sustainability, the visual and performing arts, and community service. He has previously served on the board of Affirmations, Michigan’s largest LGBT organization, and has engaged in extensive volunteer work through educational institutions and faith organizations.

Jeremy earned his undergraduate degree from Colby College in Waterville, ME, and holds a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, VA. Originally from Colorado, he has lived in West Texas, Omaha, and Detroit before settling in Florida, fulfilling his aspiration for a more tropical environment. Brad possesses an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Wayne State University in Detroit and a BA from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. A native of Louisville, KY, he has worked in Detroit, Raleigh, and Newport News, VA, but has always been drawn to the Florida lifestyle.
