In 1999, Jerrett transitioned from a successful career in corporate finance to establish JVL Real Estate in the picturesque Texas Hill Country, near San Antonio. With over two decades of experience as a broker, he has held various roles, including Investment Property Appraiser, Developer, Advisor, and Capital Markets Lender. His comprehensive expertise in real estate acquisition, development, and oil and gas mineral procurement motivated him to create a firm that reflects his leadership vision and industry knowledge.

After navigating three corporate mergers, Jerrett recognized the importance of building a team aligned with his values and professional goals.
