About Jesse Briglia

**About Jesse**

Jesse embarked on his real estate journey in May 1979 at the age of 21, joining Morrison Realtors in Ocean City, New Jersey, as a full-time agent. By 1981, he had achieved remarkable success, selling over $3 million in real estate and earning a place in the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Million Dollar Sales Club, receiving the Bronze Award—an honor reserved for sales agents, not broker/owners. At just 23, he became the youngest member in the state to attain this recognition.

From 1981 to 1991, with the exception of 1982, Jesse consistently earned the Distinguished Million Dollar Sales Club Award, now known as the Circle of Excellence Award. His accolades included the Bronze, Silver, and the esteemed Gold Award, which is granted to agents with annual sales exceeding $15 million. Between 1992 and 1999, Jesse was ineligible for the Circle of Excellence due to the award's restrictions on brokerage owners. However, in 2000, he re-entered the Million Dollar Sales Club and was honored as a Lifetime Member of the NJAR Distinguished Honors Club, a distinction awarded to a select group of agents with over ten years of exceptional multi-million dollar sales performance.

In 2001 and 2002, Jesse received the NJAR Circle of Excellence Silver Award for personal annual sales surpassing $10 million. His sales figures continued to rise, with personal sales of $12 million in 2003, $18 million in 2004, and $21 million in 2005, earning him the Gold Award each year for exceeding $15 million in annual transactions. Despite a market downturn in 2006, Jesse secured the NJAR Bronze Award for sales exceeding $5 million. Since 2004, Jesse Real Estate has consistently ranked as Ocean City's top single-location office for the number of multi-million dollar award-winning agents.

In November 1991, at the age of 34, Jesse expanded his successful career by founding Jesse Real Estate Inc. He furthered this growth in 1992 by acquiring Hobby Horse Realty, a well-established firm in the area. Two years later, he purchased a significant portion of Morrison Realtors, his former agency. In 1996, Jesse Real Estate Inc. was revitalized at 900 Ocean Avenue, with renovations that tripled its size.

In 2008, Jesse opened a second office at The Beachwatch Condominium at 7th & Boardwalk. By 2012, he acquired Coastal Realty, one of Ocean City’s oldest and most respected real estate firms, integrating its staff and clientele into his existing operations. Today, Jesse Real Estate Inc. operates from two locations, providing exceptional professional real estate services to the Ocean City community.

Cape May County's real estate market represents one of New Jersey's most distinctive coastal economies, where seasonal tourism dynamics create unique opportunities and challenges for property professionals. This southernmost county combines historic Victorian charm with modern beach resort amenities, attracting both vacation home buyers and year-round residents seeking coastal living at more affordable prices than northern New Jersey markets.

The county's real estate landscape is served by 2,196 total actively licensed agents, with all 2,196 agents maintaining email contact information, reflecting the industry's embrace of digital communication in this tech-savvy resort market. This robust agent network supports diverse property segments from luxury oceanfront estates in Cape May Point to affordable inland communities like Middle Township, creating a complex marketplace that requires specialized local expertise.

Major Cape May County, New Jersey Real Estate Markets

Cape May City anchors the county's premium market with its nationally recognized Victorian architecture and designation as a National Historic Landmark, while Wildwood commands the family entertainment segment with its famous boardwalk and amusement piers. Ocean City operates as a unique dry municipality attracting families seeking alcohol-free beach communities, creating distinct buyer demographics that require specialized marketing approaches.

The Avalon-Stone Harbor corridor represents the county's ultra-luxury segment, often called the "Hamptons of South Jersey," where multi-million dollar properties drive significant commission volumes. Meanwhile, communities like North Wildwood, Sea Isle City, and Cape May Court House provide diverse price points serving everyone from first-time buyers to luxury investors, creating multiple distinct sub-markets within the county's geographic boundaries.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Cape May County's real estate operates on pronounced seasonal cycles, with spring and summer months generating the majority of annual transaction volume as buyers seek to close before peak vacation seasons. This compressed selling season creates intense competition among agents, while winter months often focus on investment property management and off-season negotiations, requiring year-round relationship building strategies.

The county's barrier island geography creates unique inventory constraints, where developable oceanfront land remains extremely limited while inland areas offer more affordable expansion opportunities. Climate change considerations increasingly influence buyer decisions, with elevation levels and flood zone designations becoming critical factors in both pricing and insurance costs, adding complexity to traditional real estate evaluations.

Why Businesses Need Cape May County, New Jersey Agent Contact Data

Financial services companies, particularly those specializing in jumbo mortgages and investment property loans, benefit from connecting with Cape May County's agent network due to the high percentage of cash transactions and second-home purchases that characterize this market. Insurance providers focusing on coastal property coverage find valuable partnerships with local agents who understand flood zone requirements and seasonal occupancy patterns affecting coverage needs.

Home service contractors, luxury furnishing retailers, and property management software companies discover significant opportunities by building relationships with the county's 2,196 agents who serve clients requiring specialized coastal property services. The seasonal nature of many transactions creates concentrated demand periods where vendor partnerships become essential for meeting client expectations in this competitive resort market environment.
